Agility Trial - Vendor Info

Are you interested in being a vendor at our trial? We'd love to have you! 

We believe a good selection of vendors really enhances our event. After all, everybody likes to shop! The cost is $125 for a 10' x 10' spot, $175 for a 10' x 20' space for the full 4 days including setup time on Wednesday.  (If you need a spot LARGER than 10' x 20', let us know and we'll give you a customized quote.) Professional photographers are also required to pay the vendor fee. A donation to the raffle would be very much appreciated.

To finalize your reservation, we need 4 things:
  • A completed Vendor Contract
  • Approval by Trial Chair (Cindy Chick). Once you've filled out the Vendor Contract and we'll get back to you ASAP. 
  • Payment (see below)
  • Certificate of Insurance (see below)

Our deadline for receiving reservation/payment/certificate of insurance is Feb. 25th.

Certificate of Insurance

We require a certificate of insurance naming the club as an additional insured for the dates you'll be onsite.  Coverage amount should be at least 1 million dollars for each occurrence. The certificate should include the info listed below, and should include this language: "The Belgian Tervuren Club of Southern Calif., its Officers, Club Members, Agents and Representatives", stating that the Certificate Holder is named as an additional insured on your policy.  The form must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the event.  Please mail to the address below or email to VendorInfo@btcsc.org
