Agility Trial - Vendor Info

Are you interested in being a vendor at our trial? We'd love to have you! 

We believe a good selection of vendors really enhances our event. After all, everybody likes to shop! The cost is $75 for a 10' x 10' spot, $125 for a 10' x 20' space for the full 3 days including setup time on Thursday.  (If you need a spot LARGER than 10' x 20', let us know and we'll give you a customized quote.) Professional photographers are also required to pay the vendor fee. A donation to the raffle would be very much appreciated.

To finalize your reservation, we need 4 things:

Certificate of Insurance

Certificates of insurance naming the club and the City of Norco as an additional insured for the dates you'll be onsite are required.  Coverage amount should be at least 1 million dollars for each occurrence. The certificate should include the info listed below, and should include this language: "The Belgian Tervuren Club of Southern Calif., its Officers, Club Members, Agents and Representatives", stating that the Certificate Holder is named as an additional insured on your policy.  The form must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the event.  Please mail to the address below or email to VendorInfo@btcsc.org

The City of Norco requires the same certificate of insurance, naming them as an additional insured.  Please send a copy to Patty Ireland at pireland@ci.norco.ca.us
